| 1 मैं पौलुस हूँ और मैं यीशु मसीह का गुलाम बन गया। परमेश्वर ने मुझे बुलाहट दी और मुझे प्रेरित बनाया। उसने मुझे परमेश्वर के बारे में अच्छी खबर का प्रचार करने के लिए चुन लिया। | 1 I, Paul, am a servant of Jesus Christ. God called me to be an apostle and entrusted me to preach His Good News. |
| 2 बहुत समय पहले परमेश्वर ने अपने भविष्यवक्ताओं के द्वारा जो प्रकट किया था उसे पूरा करने का वादा किया। परमेश्वर ने उनसे अच्छी खबर के बारे में बात की और भविष्यवक्ताओं ने उसे पवित्र शास्त्र में लिखा। | 2 God promised long ago that this Good News would be proclaimed on earth. He spoke about it to His prophets, and they wrote it down in the Holy Scriptures. |
| 3 और अच्छी खबर इसी के बारे में है। परमेश्वर का बेटा मनुष्य के शरीर में पैदा हुआ और राजा दाऊद की सन्तान बना। | 3 This Good News is about God's Son. He was born as a human and was a descendant of King David. |
| 4 और जब मसीह मरा तब परमेश्वर ने उसे पवित्र आत्मा की शक्ति से जीवित कर दिया। इसलिए हम जानते हैं कि हमारा प्रभु यीशु मसीह परमेश्वर का बेटा है। | 4 God revealed that Jesus Christ is His Son when He raised Him from the dead by the power of the Holy Spirit. That is why Jesus Christ is our Lord. |
| 5 मसीह के द्वारा हमें अनुग्रह और प्रेरिताई मिली। यीशु के नाम से हम सभी राष्ट्रों में विश्वास ले जाते हैं और वे परमेश्वर की आज्ञा मानते हैं। | 5 Through Christ God has given us His grace and entrusted us with an apostolic ministry. That is why in the name of Jesus we go to all nations so that they may come to Him in faith and begin to live the way God wants. |
| 6 यीशु मसीह ने आपको इन राष्ट्रों से अपने पास बुलाया। | 6 You are also among the nations whom Jesus Christ has called to Himself. |
| 7 मैं इस पत्र को हर एक को लिखता हूँ जो रोम में रहता है। परमेश्वर आप से प्यार करता है, उसने आपको अपने पास बुलाया और आपको पवित्र बनाया। हमारे परमेश्वर पिता और प्रभु यीशु मसीह से अनुग्रह और शान्ति आपको मिले। | 7 I am writing this letter to everyone who lives in Rome. God loves you, He has called you to Himself to be His holy people. God is our Father, and Jesus Christ is our Lord. May God fill you with His grace, and may Jesus bring peace to your hearts. |
| 8 आप यीशु पर विश्वास करते हैं और पूरी दुनियाँ के द्वारा अपना विश्वास फैलाते हैं। इसलिए सबसे पहले, मैं यीशु मसीह के नाम में आप सभी के लिए अपने परमेश्वर का धन्यवाद करना चाहता हूँ। | 8 First, in the name of Jesus Christ, I want to thank my God for all of you. People speak about your faith not only in Rome but far beyond the city. |

I constantly pray to God for you, whom I serve with my spirit when I preach the Good News about His Son. |
| 10 मैं आपसे मिलना चाहता हूँ लेकिन मैं हमेशा परमेश्वर से उसकी योजनाओं के बारे में पूछता हूँ। | 10 Every time I pray for you, I ask God to give me an opportunity to visit you. |
| 11 मुझे आपके साथ एक आत्मिक उपहार बाँटने की इच्छा है जो आपको मज़बूत बनाएगा। इसलिए मुझे आपसे मिलने की बड़ी इच्छा है। | 11 I really want to see you so that I can share a spiritual gift with you that will make you stronger. |
| 12 तब मेरा विश्वास आपको मज़बूत बनाएगा और आपका विश्वास मुझे मज़बूत बनाएगा। | 12 Then my faith will strengthen you, and your faith will strengthen me. |
| 13 हे भाइयों, आपको पता होना चाहिए कि मैंने कई बार आपसे मिलने की योजनाएँ बनाईं। लेकिन अब तक मुझे कुछ स्र्कावटों का सामना करना पड़ रहा है। मैंने दूसरे राष्ट्रों में अपने काम का परिणाम देखा है। और मैं आप के बीच में भी काम करना चाहूँगा। | 13 Brothers, you should know that I have planned many times to visit you, but each time something stopped me. I work among different nations. Now I want to serve you as well, so that I may see the results of my work among you also. |
| 14 मुझे सभ्य अन्यजाति लोगों, जंगली जनजातियों, पढ़े लिखे और अनपढ़ लोगों को प्रचार करना है। | 14 I must preach to everyone: to civilized Greeks and wild tribes, to educated people and uneducated people. |
| 15 इसलिए मेरी बड़ी इच्छा है कि मैं मसीह की अच्छी खबर को आप के पास भी लाऊँ जो रोम में रहते हैं। | 15 That is why I really want to bring the Good News about Christ to you who live in Rome. |
| 16 मैं मसीह के बारे में अच्छी खबर को फैलाने से नहीं डरता। जब मैं इस खबर का प्रचार करता हूँ तब परमेश्वर अपनी शक्ति से काम करता है। और परमेश्वर की शक्ति हर एक को बचाती है जो यीशु पर विश्वास करता है। सबसे पहले, यह यहूदी लोगों के बारे में कहता है लेकिन यह अन्यजाति लोगों के बारे में भी कहता है। | 16 I am not afraid to spread the Good News about Christ, because it is the power of God. When I preach, God works through this power and saves all who believe in Jesus. First, this applies to the Jews. But it also applies to all other nations. |

That is why the Scripture says, “The righteous person will live by faith” (Habakkuk 2:4). |
| 18 लेकिन नास्तिक लोग बुराई करते हैं। वे अपने बुरे कामों से सच्चाई की आवाज़ को दबा देते हैं। इसलिए परमेश्वर स्वर्ग से लोगों के अविश्वास और उनके सभी नीच कामों से गुस्सा हो रहा है। | 18 But those who live without God do evil, and by their actions they suppress the truth. That is why God pours out His wrath from heaven on those who act this way. |
| 19 लोग समझ सकते हैं कि परमेश्वर कौन है क्योंकि परमेश्वर ने लोगों को साफ़ रूप से दिखाया है कि वे उसके बारे में कैसे सीख सकते हैं। | 19 People can learn about God because He has made it clear. |
| 20 परमेश्वर ने इस दुनियाँ को बनाया। और जब लोग परमेश्वर की रचना को देखते हैं तब सारी रचना साफ़ रूप से अनदेखे परमेश्वर, उसकी अनन्त शक्ति और उनके चरित्र के बारे में बताती हैं। इसलिए कोई भी नहीं कह सकता कि वह परमेश्वर की मौजूदगी के बारे में नहीं जानता था। | 20 Since God created this world, people have seen His creation. It clearly speaks of the invisible God, His eternal power, and His character. That is why no one will be able to justify himself and say that he did not know about the existence of God. |
| 21 लोगों की समझ में आया कि परमेश्वर है और वह महिमा के योग्य है। लेकिन उन्होंने परमेश्वर की महिमा नहीं की और उसे धन्यवाद नहीं दिया। लोगों ने फालतू चीज़ों के बारे में सोचा और उनके बेवकूफ दिल अन्धकार से भर गये। | 21 People knew that God exists, but they did not want to glorify Him and thank Him. Instead, they began to think about foolish things, and darkness filled their foolish hearts. |
| 22 लोगों ने कहा कि वे बुद्धिमान हो गए लेकिन सच में वे पागल हो गए। | 22 They called themselves wise, but actually they became fools. |
| 23 लोगों के अंदर अविनाशी परमेश्वर की महिमा करने की कोई इच्छा नहीं थी इसलिए उन्होंने नाशवान आदमी के रूप में परमेश्वर की मूर्तियाँ बनाई। उन्होंने पक्षियों, जानवरों और सांपों के रूप में भी मूर्तियाँ बनाईं। | 23 People did not want to give glory to the immortal God. Instead, they began to create images of God in the form of a mortal man. They also made idols in the form of birds, animals, and snakes. |
| 24 इसलिए परमेश्वर लोगों से दूर हो गया। और लोगों ने वासना भरी इच्छाओं से अपने दिलों को भर लिया। लोगों ने भ्रष्ट जीवन जीना और अपने शरीर के साथ शर्मनाक काम करना शुरू कर दिया। | 24 That is why God turned away from people. They filled their hearts with sinful desires, started living an immoral lifestyle, and did shameful things with their bodies. |
| 25 परमेश्वर ने इस दुनियाँ को बनाया इसलिए वह अनन्त महिमा के योग्य है। आमीन। लेकिन लोगों ने परमेश्वर की सच्चाई को झूठ से बदल दिया। वे सृष्टिकर्ता की बजाय सृष्टि की पूजा और सेवा करने लगे। | 25 People rejected God’s truth and believed lies. They began to worship and serve creation instead of the Creator, who is worthy of eternal glory. Amen. |
| 26 इसलिए परमेश्वर लोगों से दूर हो गया और उन्होंने खुद को शर्मनाक इच्छाओं से भर लिया। महिलाओं ने आदमियों के साथ प्राकृतिक रिश्तों को अप्राकृतिक रिश्तों के लिए बदल दिया। | 26 That is why God turned away from people, and they followed their shameful desires. Women replaced natural relations with men for unnatural ones. |
| 27 आदमियों ने भी ऐसा ही किया। उन्होंने महिलाओं के साथ प्राकृतिक संबंध बनाने से इनकार किया। आदमी एक दूसरे के लिए वासना भरी इच्छाओं से जलने लगे और उन्होंने गलत यौन संबंध बनाये। वे भटक गये और अपने अंदर उन्हें वह सजा मिलनी चाहिए जिसके वे लायक हैं। | 27 Men began to do the same. They abandoned natural relations with women. They burned with lustful desires for each other and began to engage in perverse acts. They fell into delusion. That is why they will receive the punishment they deserve and experience the consequences of their actions. |
| 28 लोग परमेश्वर को जानना नहीं चाहते थे इसलिए परमेश्वर उन से दूर हो गया। लोग यौन अशुद्धता के बारे में सोचने लगे और जो करने से मना किया गया था वही करने लगे। | 28 People stopped paying attention to God and deliberately removed Him from their thoughts. That is why He turned away from them. Sin distorted their ability to understand the truth, and they started doing forbidden things. |
| 29 लोग खुद को अलग-अलग तरह के पापों से भर लेते हैं। वे गलत यौन संबंधों में भाग लेते हैं। वे दुष्ट और लालची हैं। वे दूसरे लोगों से नफ़रत करते हैं और एक दूसरे से ईर्ष्या करते हैं। वे एक दूसरे से झगड़ा करते हैं, धोखा देते हैं और एक दूसरे की हत्या करते हैं। और जब कोई दूसरा व्यक्ति मुसीबत में पड़ता है तब वे खुशी मनाते हैं। | 29 Such people indulge in various kinds of sins. They are filled with wickedness and greed. They envy one another, commit murder, quarrel, and deceive. They take pleasure when another person faces trouble. |
| 30 लोग चुगली करते और झूठे आरोप फैलाते हैं। वे परमेश्वर से नफ़रत करते हैं और वे दूसरों के साथ बेरहम हैं। वे घमंड करते हैं और खुद को एक दूसरे से ऊपर रखते हैं। वे बुरी योजनाएँ बनाते हैं और अपने माता-पिता का विरोध करते हैं। | 30 They spread gossip and slander. They hate God and treat others cruelly. They boast and think they are better than others. They invent new ways to do evil and rebel against their parents. |
| 31 लोग बेवकूफी भरे काम करते हैं और अपने वादे तोड़ देते हैं। वे किसी से भी प्यार नहीं करते, वे दुश्मनी से भरे हुए हैं और किसी पर दया नहीं करते। | 31 They act foolishly and break their promises. They love no one and have no pity for anyone. |
| 32 ऐसे लोग जानते हैं कि परमेश्वर हर व्यक्ति का ईमानदारी से न्याय करता है। वे जानते हैं कि जो व्यक्ति ऐसे काम करता है वह मौत का हकदार है। लेकिन वे फिर भी इन कामों को करते हैं। और वे उन को ठीक समझते हैं जो उनकी तरह व्यवहार करते हैं। | 32 Such people know that God judges every person justly. They know that those who engage in such deeds deserve death. But they still do evil and approve of those who act the same way they do. |
अध्याय 2 | Chapter 2 |
| 1 आपके पास दूसरे व्यक्ति पर दोष लगाने का कोई बहाना नहीं होगा क्योंकि जैसे वह पाप करता है वैसे ही आप भी पाप करते हैं। इसलिए जब आप दूसरे लोगों पर दोष लगाते हैं तब आप खुद पर भी दोष लगाते हैं। | 1 If you judge another person, you cannot justify yourself, because you sin the same way as he does. That is why when you judge others, you condemn yourself. |
| 2 हम जानते हैं कि परमेश्वर उन सभी का ईमानदारी से न्याय करेगा जो बुरे काम करते हैं। | 2 We know that God will justly judge all who do evil. |
| 3 आप दूसरे लोगों का न्याय करते हैं लेकिन आप भी वैसे ही पाप करते हैं जैसे वे करते हैं। क्या आप सोचते हैं कि आप परमेश्वर के न्याय से बच जाएंगे? | 3 But you judge others, yet you yourself sin the same way as they do. Do you think that you will escape God's judgment? |
| 4 परमेश्वर की महान दया को तुच्छ न समझें। जब वह आपको माफ़ करता है और आपको अपना महान धीरज दिखाता है तब उसे तुच्छ न समझें। क्या आप नहीं समझते कि परमेश्वर की दया आपको मन फिराव की ओर ले जाती है? | 4 Do not take lightly God's great kindness, because God forgives you and shows you great patience. Don't you understand that God's kindness leads you to repentance? |
| 5 लेकिन आप ज़िद्दी बन जाते हैं और आप अपने दिल में अपने पाप से मन नहीं फिराते। आप अपने खिलाफ़ परमेश्वर के क्रोध को इकट्ठा करते हैं। और जब परमेश्वर ईमानदारी से आपका न्याय करेगा उस दिन वह आपको अपना क्रोध दिखाएगा। | 5 But you are stubborn. You do not want to change your heart and abandon sin. That is why you are storing up God's wrath against yourself, which God will pour out on the day when He judges you justly. |
| 6 न्याय के दिन हर व्यक्ति परमेश्वर से वह पाएगा जिसके वह लायक है। | 6 On the day of judgment, each person will receive from God what he deserves for his deeds. |
| 7 परमेश्वर उस व्यक्ति को अनन्त जीवन देगा जो धीरज से अच्छा काम करता है और परमेश्वर की महिमा करता है। ऐसा व्यक्ति परमेश्वर का आदर करता है और अनंत जीवन में प्रवेश करने का हर संभव प्रयास करता है। | 7 God will give eternal life to those who patiently do good and glorify Him. Such a person honors God and seeks eternity. |
| 8 लेकिन अगर कोई व्यक्ति मतलबी रूप से व्यवहार करता है, सच्चाई का पालन नहीं करता और बुरे काम करता है तो परमेश्वर अपने क्रोध और गुस्से को ऐसे व्यक्ति पर निकालेगा। | 8 But if someone acts selfishly, does not obey the truth, and does evil, then God will pour out His wrath and anger on such a person. |
| 9 अगर कोई व्यक्ति बुराई करता है तो उसका प्राण दु:ख उठाएगा और वह कठिन परिस्थितियों में जीवन जिएगा। सबसे पहले, यह यहूदी लोगों के बारे में कहता है लेकिन यह अन्यजाति लोगों के बारे में भी कहता है। | 9 If a person does evil, his soul will suffer, and he will live in difficult circumstances. First, this applies to the Jews. But it also applies to all other nations. |
| 10 लेकिन जो व्यक्ति अच्छा काम करता है वह परमेश्वर की महिमा को देखेगा। लोग उसका आदर करेंगे और वह शान्ति से अपना जीवन जिएगा। सबसे पहले, यह यहूदी लोगों के बारे में कहता है लेकिन यह अन्यजाति लोगों के बारे में भी कहता है। | 10 But the one who does good will see God's glory. Such a person will be treated with respect, and he will find peace. First, this applies to the Jews. But it also applies to all other nations. |
| 11 परमेश्वर सभी लोगों के साथ न्याय से व्यवहार करता है। | 11 God deals with everyone justly. |
| 12 अन्यजाति लोगों के पास मूसा का कानून नहीं था। इसलिए परमेश्वर उनका न्याय कानून के अनुसार नहीं करेगा। लेकिन अन्यजाति लोगों ने पाप किया, इसलिए वे नाश होंगे। यहूदी लोगों के पास मूसा का कानून था। लेकिन उन्होंने भी पाप किया और कानून को तोड़ा। इसलिए परमेश्वर कानून के अनुसार यहूदी लोगों का न्याय करेगा। | 12 Other nations did not have the Law of Moses, so God will not judge them according to that Law. But they sinned anyway, and that is why they will perish. The Jews had the Law of Moses, but they also sinned and broke it. That is why God will judge the Jews according to the Law of Moses. |
| 13 अगर कोई व्यक्ति कानून को सुनता है और पाप में जीता है तो परमेश्वर ऐसे व्यक्ति का न्याय करेगा। परमेश्वर सिर्फ़ उसी को धर्मी बनाएगा जो मूसा के कानून को मानता है। | 13 If someone listens to the Law and still lives in sin, God will condemn that person. God will justify only the one who keeps the Law of Moses. |
| 14 यीशु पर विश्वास करने वाले अन्यजाति लोगों के पास मूसा का कानून नहीं था। लेकिन वे अपने स्वभाव से वही करते हैं जो कानून कहता है। वे अपने दिल के अन्दर कानून को जानते हैं। | 14 Other nations who have believed in Jesus do not have the Law of Moses. But they naturally do what that Law says. That is why they already know the Law within themselves. |
| 15 परमेश्वर ने मसीह पर विश्वास करने वाले अन्यजाति लोगों के दिलों में अपना कानून लिखा। इसलिए उनकी अंतरात्मा उन्हें बताती है कि वे सही काम करते हैं या गलत काम करते हैं। एक परिस्थिति में, उनके विचार उन पर आरोप लगाते हैं और दूसरी परिस्थिति में, उनके विचार बताते हैं कि वे सही कर रहे हैं। इस तरह से अन्यजाति लोग दिखाते हैं कि वह कानून उनके दिलों में काम करता है। | 15 God has written His Law in the hearts of those nations who have believed in Christ. That is why their conscience tells them if what they do is right or not. In one case, their thoughts accuse them. In another case, their thoughts confirm that they are acting correctly. In this way, people from other nations show that God's Law is at work in their hearts. |
| 16 मैं मसीह के बारे में अच्छी खबर का प्रचार करता हूँ। और मैं कहता हूँ कि वह दिन आएगा जब परमेश्वर यीशु मसीह के द्वारा लोगों के गुप्त कामों का न्याय करेगा। | 16 I preach the Good News about Christ. I say that the day will come when God will judge the secret deeds of people through Jesus Christ. |
| 17 आप खुद को यहूदी कहते हैं और आप खुद को तसल्ली देते हैं कि आप मूसा के कानून को जानते हैं। आप परमेश्वर पर अपने विश्वास के बारे में घमंड करते हैं। | 17 You call yourself a Jew and comfort yourself that you know the Law of Moses. You proudly show off your faith in God. |
| 18 आप जानते हैं कि परमेश्वर क्या करना चाहता है। आप समझ गए कि कानून क्या सिखाता है और आप जानते हैं कि सही काम कैसे करने हैं। | 18 You know God’s will. You understand what the Law of Moses teaches, so you know how to do what is right. |
| 19 आपको यकीन है कि आप अन्धों की अगुवाई कर सकते हैं। आपको पक्का विश्वास है कि जो लोग अन्धेरे में रहते हैं आप उन के लिए रोशनी बने गये। | 19 You are confident that you can guide the blind. You are convinced that you are a light to those who live in darkness. |
| 20 आप सोचते हैं कि आप मूर्खों को ठीक कर सकते हैं। आपको यकीन है कि आप अपरिपक्व लोगों को सिखा सकते हैं। और आप कहते हैं कि कानून में अपने आप में ज्ञान और सच्चाई है। | 20 You believe that you can correct those who lack wisdom. You are sure that you can teach those who are spiritually immature. You say that the Law of Moses contains knowledge and truth. |
| 21 लेकिन देखिए आप क्या करते हैं! आप दूसरे लोगों को सिखाते हैं लेकिन आप खुद को नहीं सिखाते। | 21 But how can this be? You teach others, but you do not teach yourself. You tell people not to steal, but you yourself steal. |
| 22 आप प्रचार करते हैं, “चोरी न करें।” लेकिन आप चोरी करते हैं। आप कहते हैं, "अपने जीवनसाथी को धोखा न दें।" लेकिन आप दूसरों के साथ सोते हैं। आप मूर्तियों से नफ़रत करते हैं लेकिन आप अन्यजातियों के मन्दिरों को लूटते हैं। | 22 You tell others not to commit adultery, but you yourself are unfaithful in marriage. You hate idols, but you rob pagan temples. |
| 23 आपको घमण्ड है कि आप मूसा के कानून को जानते हैं। लेकिन आप कानून को तोड़ते हैं और परमेश्वर को शर्मिंदा करते हैं। | 23 You are proud of knowing the Law of Moses. But you break it, and in this way you dishonor God. |
| 24 शास्त्र ऐसे लोगों से कहते हैं, “अन्यजाति लोग आप के कारण परमेश्वर के नाम को श्राप देते हैं।” | 24 Scripture says to such people: “Because of you, other nations get a wrong idea about God and speak evil of His name” (Isaiah 52:5, Ezekiel 36:20–23). |
| 25 अगर आप मूसा के कानून को मानते हैं तो खतने का मतलब है। लेकिन अगर आप इस कानून को तोड़ते हैं तो खतने का कोई मतलब नहीं। और आप खतनारहित व्यक्ति के जैसे हो जाते हैं। | 25 Circumcision is meaningful if you keep the Law of Moses. But if you break this Law, circumcision loses its meaning, and you become the same as an uncircumcised person. |
| 26 मान लीजिए कि कोई खतनारहित व्यक्ति कानून को पूरा करता है। ऐसे मामले में, परमेश्वर उसके साथ खतना किए हुए व्यक्ति के रूप में व्यवहार करेगा। | 26 Suppose that an uncircumcised person keeps the requirements of the Law. In that case, God will treat him as if he were circumcised. |
| 27 आप खतना किए हुए यहूदी व्यक्ति हैं। आप शास्त्रों को जानते हैं लेकिन आप मूसा के कानून को तोड़ते हैं। अन्यजाति लोग खतना नहीं करते। लेकिन अगर कोई खतनारहित अन्यजाति व्यक्ति कानून को मानता है तो वह आपको दोषी ठहराएगा जो खतना किया हुआ यहूदी व्यक्ति है। | 27 But you are a circumcised Jew. You know the Scriptures, but you still break the Law of Moses. Other nations do not practice circumcision. However, if an uncircumcised person keeps the Law, he will condemn you, a circumcised Jew. |
| 28 यहूदी परिवार में पैदा होने से आप यहूदी व्यक्ति नहीं बनेंगे। अगर आप अपने शरीर को बाहर से काटते है तो आपका खतना सच्चा नहीं। | 28 A true Jew is not the one who was born into a Jewish family. True circumcision is not an outward sign that a person makes on his body. |

True circumcision is what the Holy Spirit does in a person’s heart. No one can change his own heart, even if he keeps letter by letter what is written in the Law of Moses. Such a person, whose heart has been changed by the Holy Spirit, receives praise from God, not from people. |

| 3 हाँ, कुछ यहूदी लोगों ने परमेश्वर पर विश्वास करना छोड़ दिया। लेकिन क्या उनका अविश्वास परमेश्वर की वफ़ादारी को खत्म कर सकता है? | 3 Yes, some Jews have lost faith in God. But can their unbelief nullify God’s faithfulness? |

Every person lies, and only God speaks the truth. Scripture says about God, “All your words are just. And when you judge people, You will win” (Psalm 51:4). |

| 13 उनके मुँह खुली हुई कब्रों की तरह हैं। वे झूठ बोलते हैं। उनके शब्द सांप के ज़हर की तरह खतरनाक हैं। | 13 Their words are like the stench from an open grave. They speak lies. Their speech is dangerous, like the venom of a viper. (Psalm 5:9, 140:3). |
| 14 वे श्राप बोलते हैं और कड़वे शब्दों से एक दूसरे को ठेस पहुँचाते हैं। | 14 They shower others with curses and offend with bitter words. (Psalm 10:7). |

We know that they live under the authority of the Law of Moses. When this Law speaks, everyone becomes silent. No one can say anything in his own defense. The whole world becomes guilty before God. |

The same God will give His righteousness to an uncircumcised person from another nation if he believes in Jesus. |

So Abraham became the father of all believers who have not been circumcised. God sees their faith and gives them His righteousness. |

But the circumcised Jews must follow in Abraham's footsteps. They must believe as Abraham believed even before circumcision. |

God promised Abraham and his descendants that He would give them the whole world as an inheritance. Abraham received this promise through faith, not on the basis of the Law of Moses. |

In that case, faith would not be needed. Then God would have to cancel the promise that Abraham received through faith. |

God does this by His grace. So this promise belongs to all the descendants of Abraham who believe as Abraham believed. And it does not matter whether a person lives according to the Law of Moses or not. Abraham became the father of all of us who believe in God. |

Instead, he glorified God and made his faith stronger. |

We believe in God who raised our Lord Jesus Christ from the dead. God sees our faith and gives us His righteousness. |

| 1 हमने विश्वास के द्वारा परमेश्वर की धार्मिकता पाई और परमेश्वर से मेल-मिलाप कर लिया। जो हमारे प्रभु यीशु मसीह ने किया उसके कारण यह हुआ। | 1 Through faith we have received God's righteousness, and now we are reconciled to God. This was made possible because of what our Lord Jesus Christ did for us. |
| 2 हम उस अनुग्रह में जीवन जीते हैं, जो हमने यीशु पर विश्वास करने के द्वारा पाया। अनुग्रह हमें आनन्द देता है और हमें भरोसा देता है कि हम परमेश्वर की महिमा में प्रवेश करेंगे। | 2 We live in the grace that we have received through faith in Jesus. This grace fills us with joy and gives us confidence that one day we will enter God's glory. |

| 5 और जो परमेश्वर पर भरोसा रखता है वह कभी निराश नहीं होगा क्योंकि परमेश्वर ने हमें पवित्र आत्मा दी और उसके प्रेम ने हमारे दिल को भर दिया। | 5 The one who relies on God will never be disappointed, because God has given us the Holy Spirit and poured out His love into our hearts. |

| 12 जब आदम ने पाप किया तब एक व्यक्ति के द्वारा पाप इस दुनियाँ में आया। इसलिए आदम के कारण सभी लोग पाप करने लगे। और एक व्यक्ति के पाप के द्वारा मौत इस दुनियाँ में आई। इसलिए आदम के कारण सभी लोग मरने लगे। | 12 When Adam sinned, sin entered the world through one man. That is why since that time everyone has been born sinful. Along with sin, death entered the world. That is why because of Adam, everyone started dying. |
| 13 इससे पहले कि परमेश्वर ने मूसा के द्वारा कानून दिया, लोगों ने पाप किया। लेकिन पाप के लिए कोई दोष नहीं था क्योंकि उस समय परमेश्वर का कोई कानून नहीं था। | 13 People sinned even before God gave the Law through Moses. But sin was not counted against them because there was no law that they could break. |

| 13 अपने शरीर को पाप के अधिकार में न सौंपें। अगर आप पाप करते हैं तो आपका शरीर ऐसा औज़ार बन जाता है जो बुराई की सेवा करता है। पिछले समय में आपके पापों ने आपको मार दिया था लेकिन अब आप मरे हुओं में से वापस आ गए। इसलिए अपना जीवन परमेश्वर को सौंप दें और अपने शरीर को ऐसा औज़ार बनाएं जो धार्मिकता की सेवा करता है। | 13 In the past, you were spiritually dead because of your sins, but now God has given you life. That is why do not surrender your body to the power of sin. Otherwise, your body will become an instrument that serves evil. Instead, dedicate your life to God, so that your body may become an instrument that serves righteousness. |

In the past, you gave your bodies over to slavery to immorality and wickedness, and this led you to even greater wickedness. But now give your bodies over to slavery to righteousness and live holy lives. |
| 20 जब आप पाप के गुलाम थे तब आप धार्मिकता से आज़ाद थे। | 20 When you were slaves to sin, you were free from righteousness. |
| 21 आपके नीच कामों ने बुरे फल पैदा किए। आपने ऐसे काम किए जिससे अब आपको शर्म महसूस होती है। आपके काम आपको मौत की ओर ले गए। | 21 What was so good about what you were doing at that time? Now you are ashamed of those actions, because all of it led you to death. |
| 22 लेकिन अब आप परमेश्वर के गुलाम बन गए और पाप से आज़ाद हो गए। आप अच्छे काम करते हैं और पवित्रता का फल पैदा करते हैं। और पवित्रता आपको अनन्त जीवन की ओर ले जाती है। | 22 But now you have been set free from sin and have become slaves of God. The result of your new life is holiness, and holiness leads you to eternal life. |

| 1 हे भाइयों, मैं उन लोगों से कहता हूँ जो मूसा के कानून को जानते हैं। किसी व्यक्ति पर कानून का अधिकार तब तक होता है जब तक वह व्यक्ति जीवित है। | 1 Brothers, I am speaking to those who know the Law of Moses. The Law has authority over a person only as long as he lives. |
| 2 जब किसी औरत की शादी होती है तब मूसा का कानून उसे उसके पति के साथ बान्ध देता है। लेकिन अगर उसका पति मर जाता है तो कानून के अनुसार वह शादी से आज़ाद हो जाती है। | 2 When a woman gets married, the Law binds her to her husband. But if the husband dies, according to the Law she becomes free from this marriage. |
| 3 अगर वह अपने पति के जीवित रहते हुए किसी दूसरे आदमी से शादी करेगी तो वह विश्वासघाती हो जाएगी और वह व्यभिचार में दोषी होगी। लेकिन अगर उसका पति मर जाता है तो कानून के अनुसार वह शादी से आज़ाद हो जाती है। और अगर वह दूसरी बार शादी करेगी तो वह विश्वासघाती नहीं होगी। | 3 If she marries another man while her husband is still alive, she will be guilty of adultery. But if her husband dies, according to the Law she becomes free. That is why she will not be guilty if she marries again. |
| 4 हे भाइयों, मेरा मतलब यही है। जब मसीह क्रूस पर मरा तब आप भी उसके साथ मर गये। और मरे हुए व्यक्ति पर कानून का कोई अधिकार नहीं। अब आप मूसा के कानून से संबंध नहीं रखते। आप मसीह के हैं जिसे परमेश्वर ने मरे हुओं में से जिलाया। इसलिए आपको अच्छे काम करने चाहिए और आप ऐसे फल पैदा करेंगे जो परमेश्वर को खुश करेंगे। | 4 Brothers, this is what I mean. When Christ died for us on the cross, you died with Him and lost your connection to the Law of Moses. The Law of Moses no longer has authority over your life. Now you belong to Christ, whom God raised from the dead. That is why live in such a way that your actions and character bring joy to God. |

And sin awakened various sinful desires in me. If there had been no Law, people would not have known that sin lived within them. |

That is why I did not realize that I was sinning. But when I understood what God's commandment taught, I saw that sin lived within me, and I was spiritually dead. |

Deep inside, I want to do what is right. But the law of sin is at war with what my mind wants to do. |
| 24 मैं कितना दुखी इन्सान हूँ! मुझे मेरे नाशवान शरीर से कौन बचाएगा जहाँ पाप रहता है? | 24 What a miserable person I am! Who will rescue me from this mortal body in which sin lives? |
| 25 अपने दिमाग में मैं परमेश्वर के कानून को मानना चाहता हूँ। लेकिन मेरा पापी स्वभाव मुझे पाप का गुलाम बनाता है। लेकिन मैं अब परमेश्वर को धन्यवाद देता हूँ कि वह हमें हमारे प्रभु यीशु मसीह के द्वारा पाप से आज़ादी देता है। | 25 In my mind I want to obey God's Law. However, my sinful nature makes me a slave to sin. But now I praise God for giving us freedom from sin through what our Lord Jesus Christ has done. |

Through Jesus Christ, God has set us free from the law of sin, which brings death. |
| 3 मूसा के कानून में पापी इन्सान के स्वभाव को बदलने की शक्ति नहीं थी। इसलिए परमेश्वर ने अपने बेटे को धरती पर भेजा और उसे ऐसा शरीर दिया जैसा पापी व्यक्ति का शरीर होता है। परमेश्वर ने हमारे पापों के लिए अपने बेटे को दे दिया ताकि उसका बेटा बलिदान हो जाए। और जब परमेश्वर के बेटे ने हमारे पाप को अपने ऊपर ले लिया तब परमेश्वर ने पाप पर दंड की आज्ञा सुनाई। | 3 The Law of Moses had no power to change human sinful nature. That is why God sent His Son to earth and gave Him a body like the body of a sinful person. God gave His Son as a sacrifice for our sins. When God's Son took upon Himself our sin, God pronounced His judgment over sin. |
| 4 परमेश्वर ने हमें अपनी धार्मिकता दी और मूसा का कानून उस धार्मिकता के बारे में बात करता था। अब हमें पवित्र आत्मा की इच्छाओं का पालन करना है। हमें अपने पुराने पापी स्वभाव के अधीन नहीं होना है। | 4 But to us God has given His righteousness, and the Law of Moses spoke about righteousness. | 7 पापी इन्सान का स्वभाव परमेश्वर के कानून का पालन नहीं करता क्योंकि यह ऐसा नहीं कर सकता। जब कोई व्यक्ति पाप के बारे में सोचता है तब वह परमेश्वर का दुश्मन बन जाता है। | 7 The sinful nature of a person does not submit to God's Law, because it is incapable of doing so. When a person thinks about sin, he is at enmity with God. |
| 8 इसलिए जो कोई अपने पापी स्वभाव का पालन करता है वह परमेश्वर की योजनाओं को पूरा नहीं कर पाएगा। | 8 That is why the one who submits to his sinful nature cannot please God and fulfill His will. |
| 9 लेकिन अब परमेश्वर की आत्मा आपके अन्दर रहती है। इसलिए अब आप अपने पापी स्वभाव के अधीन नहीं होते। आप परमेश्वर की आत्मा के अधीन हो जाते हैं। लेकिन अगर मसीह की आत्मा किसी व्यक्ति के अन्दर नहीं रहती तो ऐसा व्यक्ति मसीह का नहीं। | 9 But now the Spirit of God lives within you. That is why you no longer submit to your sinful nature. You live under the guidance of the Spirit of God. But if a person does not have the Spirit of Christ, he does not belong to Christ. |
| 10 लेकिन मसीह आपके अन्दर रहता है। पाप के कारण आपका शरीर मर जाएगा। लेकिन आपकी आत्मा जीवित रहेगी क्योंकि परमेश्वर ने आपको अपनी धार्मिकता दी है। | 10 But Christ lives within you. Because of sin, your body will die. However, your spirit will live because God has given you His righteousness. |
| 11 परमेश्वर ने अपनी आत्मा के द्वारा यीशु को मरे हुओं में से जिलाया। अब परमेश्वर की वही आत्मा आपके अन्दर रहती है। और जैसे परमेश्वर ने मसीह को जिलाया वैसे ही वह आपके नाशवान शरीर को जीवित कर देगा। परमेश्वर अपनी आत्मा के द्वारा यह करेगा जो आपके अन्दर रहती है। | 11 God raised Jesus from the dead by His Spirit. Now the same Spirit lives within you. And just as God raised Christ, He will also give life to your mortal bodies through His Spirit, who lives within you. |
| 12 हे भाइयों, हमें अपने पापी स्वभाव के अधीन नहीं होना है। हमें पाप में अपना जीवन नहीं जीना है। | 12 Brothers, we are not obligated to obey our sinful nature. That is why we should not live in sin. |
| 13 लेकिन अगर आप पाप में जीते हैं तो आप मर जाएंगे। अपने शरीर की इच्छाओं के पीछे न चलें। पवित्र आत्मा की शक्ति से अपने पाप भरे कामों को मार डालें और तब आप जीवित रहेंगे। | 13 If you live in sin, you will die. But if you overcome your sinful actions by the power of the Holy Spirit and no longer return to your old sinful life, you will live. |
| 14 अब आप परमेश्वर के बेटे बन गए। और परमेश्वर की आत्मा परमेश्वर के सभी बेटों की अगुवाई करती है। | 14 Now you are children of God. And all children of God are led and guided by the Spirit of God. |
| 15 आपको वह आत्मा मिली जिसने आपको बेटे बनाया, गुलाम नहीं। इसलिए गुलामों की तरह डर में न रहें। परमेश्वर ने हमें अपनाया और उसकी आत्मा के साथ हम परमेश्वर को “हे पिता, पिता!” कहकर ज़ोर से चिल्लाते हैं। | 15 The Spirit you received does not make you slaves so that you live in fear again. Instead, God gave you His Spirit, who made you children of God. Through this Spirit of God we call God, “Father! Father!” |
| 16 और परमेश्वर की आत्मा हमारी आत्मा की पुष्टि करती है कि हम परमेश्वर के बच्चे बन गए हैं। | 16 The same Spirit of God confirms to our spirit that we have become children of God. |
| 17 और बच्चों को विरासत मिलती है। इसका मतलब है कि हम परमेश्वर के वारिस बन गए। और मसीह के साथ हम परमेश्वर की विरासत पाएंगे। इसका मतलब यह भी है कि हम मसीह के साथ दु:ख उठाएंगे। और उसके साथ हम परमेश्वर की महिमा में प्रवेश करेंगे। | 17 Children receive an inheritance. This means that we have become heirs of God. That is why together with Christ, we will receive God's inheritance. This also means that we suffer together with Christ. And together with Him we will enter God's glory. |

| 20 सारी सृष्टि अपनी इच्छा के खिलाफ़ बेमतलब की मौजूदगी और मौत के अधीन थी। जब आदम ने पाप किया तब परमेश्वर ने पृथ्वी को श्राप दिया। लेकिन परमेश्वर ने सारी सृष्टि को आशा दी। | 20 When Adam sinned, the whole world lost its perfection and fell under the curse. Since that time, all of God's creation has been in this condition against its will. That is why it is now subject to suffering, destruction, and death. But God gave hope to all of His creation. |
| 21 वह दिन आएगा जब परमेश्वर के बच्चे आज़ादी प्राप्त करेंगे और परमेश्वर की महिमा में प्रवेश करेंगे। और उस दिन सारी सृष्टि मौत की गुलामी से आज़ाद हो जाएगी। | 21 One day God will set His creation free from destruction and death. He will give it the same freedom and glory that His children will receive. |
| 22 हम जानते हैं कि आज तक सारी सृष्टि बच्चे पैदा करने के समय में दर्द से कराहते हुई औरत की तरह दु:खी है। | 22 We know that until now all of God's creation groans in pain and suffers, like a woman in childbirth. |
| 23 और हम भी दु:ख उठाते हैं। लेकिन परमेश्वर ने हमें अपनी आत्मा दी जो हमारे नए जीवन की शुरुआत बन गई। हम बेसब्री से उस दिन का इन्तज़ार करते हैं जब परमेश्वर हमें अपनाएगा और हमारे शरीर को छुटकारा देगा। | 23 But not only God's creation suffers, we also experience suffering within ourselves. God gave us His Spirit, which became the beginning of our new life. That is why we await the day when God will fully adopt us and redeem our bodies. |

What is hope? Hope is the expectation of what we do not yet see. That is why we await the day when God will fulfill His promise. When our hope is fulfilled, we will no longer need it. |
| 25 जब हमें परमेश्वर के अनदेखे वादों में पूरी आशा है तब यह हमें धीरज देता है। और हम धीरज से उस समय का इन्तज़ार करते हैं जब परमेश्वर वह पूरा करेगा जिसकी हम आशा करते हैं। | 25 We hope for what we do not yet see. That is why we patiently wait for it to be fulfilled. |

We do not know what to pray for or how to pray properly, but the Spirit Himself prays for us with deep compassion. He speaks to God with groans that cannot be expressed in words. |
| 27 परमेश्वर देखता है कि हमारे दिलों में क्या चल रहा है। वह यह भी जानता है कि जो आत्मा हमारे दिलों में है वह बड़ी शक्ति से हमारे लिए प्रार्थना करती है। आत्मा परमेश्वर की इच्छा के साथ पूरी सहमति से ऐसा करती है ताकि हर विश्वासी उस योजना को पूरा कर सके जो परमेश्वर ने उसके जीवन के लिए बनाई है। | 27 God sees what is happening in our hearts. He also knows what the Holy Spirit is asking for, because this Spirit prays for believers with deep compassion and in complete agreement with the will of God. |
| 28 हम जानते हैं की परमेश्वर अपने लक्ष्यों तक पहुँचने के लिए लोगों को अपनी बुलाहट देता है। और जो व्यक्ति परमेश्वर से प्यार करता है उस के जीवन में परमेश्वर सब कुछ बदलकर अच्छा कर देता है। | 28 We know that God turns every situation into good for those who love Him and live according to His calling and plan. |
| 29 परमेश्वर पहले से जानता था और उन लोगों को चुन लिया जो उसके बेटे के रूप के समान बन जाएंगे। परमेश्वर का बेटा कई भाइयों में से पहिलौठा बन गया। | 29 God knew in advance those who would belong to Him. And He decided to make them like His Son. That is why Jesus became the firstborn among many of God's children. |
| 30 परमेश्वर ने पहले से उन लोगों को चुन लिया जिन्हें वह अपने पास बुलाए। और जब परमेश्वर ने उन्हें बुलाया तब वह उन्हें पाप से आज़ाद किया और उन्हें अपनी धार्मिकता दी। और उन लोगों ने परमेश्वर की महिमा में प्रवेश किया। | 30 God decided in advance whom He would call to Himself. Those He called, He set free from sin and gave them His righteousness. And for them, God prepared His glory. |

| 32 परमेश्वर ने अपने बेटे को भी नहीं छोड़ा और सभी लोगों के पापों के लिए उसका जीवन दे दिया। क्या परमेश्वर हमें बाकी सब कुछ मसीह के साथ नहीं देगा? | 32 God did not spare His own Son, but gave Him as a sacrifice so that He would die for all of us. Will God not also give us everything else along with Christ? |
| 33 परमेश्वर ने हमें चुना। कौन हम पर दोष लगाने की हिम्मत करेगा? परमेश्वर ने हमें पाप से आज़ाद किया और हमें अपनी धार्मिकता दी। | 33 God has chosen us. Who will dare to accuse us? God Himself set us free from sin and gave us His righteousness. |

Jesus Christ died for us and rose again. Now He sits in heaven in the most honorable place at the right hand of God and intercedes for us. |

| 39 ऊँचाई या गहराई में कोई भी रचना हमें परमेश्वर से अलग नहीं कर सकती जो हमसे प्यार करता है और जिसने हमारे प्रभु यीशु मसीह के द्वारा हमें अपना प्यार दिखाया। | 39 There is no power above or below that can separate us from the love of God, which God has shown us through our Lord Jesus Christ. |

If I could, I would give up my own salvation for my people. And I myself would fall under a curse and be separated from Christ. |

He made Unbreakable Agreements with the Jews and gave them His Law. The Israelites worshipped God, and He gave them His promises. |

| 10 परमेश्वर ने ऐसा वादा सिर्फ़ अब्राहम को ही नहीं दिया। रिबका इसहाक की पत्नी बनी और वह सारा की तरह गर्भवती नहीं हो सकी। लेकिन परमेश्वर ने अपना वादा पूरा किया और रिबका ने जुड़वा बच्चों को जन्म दिया। इसहाक ने अब्राहम के परिवार को आगे बढ़ाया। | 10 God gave the same promise not only to Abraham. When Rebekah became Isaac's wife, she also could not get pregnant, just like Sarah. But God fulfilled His promise, and Rebekah gave birth to twins. That is why it was Isaac who continued Abraham's family line. |

| 16 परमेश्वर की दया मनुष्य की इच्छाओं या कोशिशों पर निर्भर नहीं करती। परमेश्वर की दया खुद परमेश्वर पर निर्भर करती है। | 16 God's grace does not depend on human desires or efforts. God's grace depends only on God. |
| 17 परमेश्वर ने शास्त्रों में कहा, “हे फिरौन, मेरा एक लक्ष्य था कि सारी पृथ्वी मेरा नाम जान सके। इसलिए मैंने तुम्हें ऊँचा किया और तुम्हारे ऊपर अपनी शक्ति दिखाई।" | 17 God said in Scripture, “Pharaoh, My purpose was that the whole earth might know My name. That is why I gave you authority and showed My power over you” (Exodus 9:16). |
| 18 इसलिए अगर परमेश्वर चाहता है तो वह किसी व्यक्ति पर दया करेगा। और अगर परमेश्वर चाहता है तो वह किसी व्यक्ति का दिल कठोर बना देगा। | 18 So, if God wants, He will show mercy to a person. And if God wants, He will harden a person’s heart. |

| 21 कुम्हार अलग-अलग प्रकार के बर्तन बनाता है। क्या उसे मिट्टी के एक ही टुकड़े से एक महंगा बर्तन और कूड़े के लिए दूसरा साधारण बर्तन बनाने का अधिकार नहीं? | 21 A potter makes different kinds of pots. Doesn't he have the right to make both an expensive vessel and a simple pot for waste from the same piece of clay? |

That is why He wanted to pour out His wrath on them and show His power. But He showed great patience toward the "vessels of wrath"—the people who were going to destruction. |

God prepared these people in advance so that they would enter His glory. |

| 25 परमेश्वर ने होशे भविष्यवक्ता की किताब में अन्यजाति लोगों के बारे में कहा, “जो लोग मेरे लोगों में से नहीं थे, अब उन्हें मैं अपने लोग बुलाऊँगा। जिनसे मैं पहले प्यार नहीं करता था, अब उन्हें मैं अपने प्रिय लोग कहूँगा।” | 25 God said about these nations, “I will call My people those who were never My people. I will call beloved those who never knew My love” (Hosea 2:23). |

Because the people did not seek to become righteous through faith in God. They tried to become righteous through the works they did based on the Law of Moses. That is why they stumbled over Christ, like a stone that stood in their way to God. |

| 2 मैं इस बात को पक्का कर सकता हूँ कि यहूदी लोग तड़प के साथ परमेश्वर के पास आने का हर संभव प्रयास करते हैं। लेकिन उनकी तड़प गलतफहमी पर आधारित है। | 2 I can testify that they are eager to serve God, but they do not have the right understanding. |
| 3 इस्राएल के लोग नहीं समझते कि परमेश्वर की धार्मिकता क्या है। वे अपनी धार्मिकता का पीछा करने का हर संभव प्रयास करते हैं। इसलिए वे परमेश्वर की धार्मिकता को ठुकरा देते हैं। | 3 The people of Israel do not understand what God's righteousness is. They seek to establish their own righteousness. That is why they reject God's righteousness. |
| 4 जब मसीह आया तब मूसा के कानून ने अपनी शक्ति खो दी। अब परमेश्वर उसे अपनी धार्मिकता देता है जो यीशु पर विश्वास करता है। | 4 The Law of Moses led people to Christ. When Christ came, this Law fulfilled the purpose for which God gave it to people. Now God makes righteous everyone who believes in Jesus. |

Christ has already come from heaven and brought us God’s Word, so that we may live by this Word. Now this Word of God is near you. So do not say in your heart, “Who will go up to heaven and bring this Word down to us?” |
| 7 परमेश्वर का वचन पृथ्वी की सबसे गहराई वाली जगह में भी नहीं। इसलिए ऐसा न कहें, "अगर मसीह मरे हुओं की दुनियाँ में जाएगा, फिर से जीवित होगा और मेरे पास परमेश्वर का वचन लाएगा तब मैं इस वचन पर विश्वास करूँगा।” | 7 Christ has already risen from the dead. So do not say, “If God's Word is hidden so deeply, as if in the deepest depths, then who will go down there and bring it to us?” |
| 8 लेकिन शास्त्र क्या कहते हैं? “परमेश्वर का वचन आपके नज़दीक है। इस शब्द को बोलें और अपने दिल में इस पर विश्वास करें।” हम परमेश्वर के उस वचन का प्रचार करते हैं जो विश्वास लाता है। | 8 What does Scripture say (Deuteronomy 30:11-14)? Now God's Word is so near you! You can speak this Word and receive it with all your heart. This is the word of faith that we preach. |
| 9 और अगर आप खुलकर अंगीकार करें कि यीशु आपका प्रभु बन गया और आप अपने दिल में विश्वास करें कि परमेश्वर ने मसीह को मरे हुओं में से जिलाया तब आपको उद्धार मिलेगा। | 9 If you openly confess that Jesus is your Lord and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved. |

When a person openly speaks about his faith, God gives him salvation. |

And He generously blesses all who call on Him. |
| 13 हर व्यक्ति जो यीशु के नाम को पुकारता है और उसे प्रभु के रूप में अपनाता है वह उद्धार पाएगा। | 13 Everyone who comes to Jesus and acknowledges Him as his Lord will be saved. |
| 14 जब कोई व्यक्ति मसीह के बारे में सुनता है तब उसके दिल में विश्वास आता है और वह यीशु को पुकारता है। लेकिन अगर कोई मसीह के बारे में प्रचार न करें तो कोई व्यक्ति उस के बारे में कैसे जाने? | 14 First, a person must hear the Good News about Christ. Then he can believe in Jesus and come to Him. |

The Scripture says, “How beautiful are those who go to spread the Good News! They bring peace and goodness.” (Isaiah 52:7). |
| 16 लेकिन हर किसी ने अच्छी खबर को स्वीकार नहीं किया। यशायाह भविष्यवक्ता कहता है, “हे प्रभु, हमने उन्हें प्रचार किया! लेकिन जो हमने कहा उसका किसने विश्वास किया?” | 16 But not everyone accepts the Good News. The prophet Isaiah says, “Lord, who has believed what we have preached?” (Isaiah 53:1). |
| 17 जब कोई व्यक्ति परमेश्वर के वचन को सुनता है तब उसके दिल में विश्वास आता है। | 17 So faith comes when a person hears God's Word. |

The whole world heard what they said.” (Psalm 19:4-5). |

I myself am an Israelite, a descendant of Abraham, from the tribe of Benjamin. |
| 2 परमेश्वर ने अपने लोगों को नहीं ठुकराया। परमेश्वर पहले से जानता था कि उसके लोगों के साथ क्या होगा। क्या आप नहीं जानते कि शास्त्र एलिय्याह भविष्यवक्ता के बारे में क्या कहते हैं? एलिय्याह इस्राएल के बारे में परमेश्वर से शिकायत करता है और कहता है, | 2 God has not rejected His people. Instead, He decided long ago that Israel would belong to Him. Don't you know what Scripture says about the prophet Elijah? He complained to God about Israel, |

| 5 हमारे समय में भी ऐसा ही होता है। परमेश्वर ने इस्राएलियों को अपना अनुग्रह दिया और उनमें से छोटा समूह को चुना जो परमेश्वर के लिए वफ़ादार रहे। | 5 The same is happening now. God has given the Israelites His grace. He has chosen a small group of people among them who have remained faithful to Him, as it was in the time of the prophet Elijah. |
| 6 अनुग्रह परमेश्वर का उपहार है जिसे हमारे कामों के द्वारा कमाना नामुमकिन है। और अगर हम अपने कामों के द्वारा कुछ कमाते हैं तो हम इसे अनुग्रह नहीं कह सकते। | 6 Grace is a gift from God that cannot be earned by our works. But if we receive something because of our actions, it can no longer be called grace. |

Israel tried to earn God's grace through their works, and so they were unable to receive it. But God gave His grace to those He chose. And the rest hardened their hearts. |

They became blind, so they do not see the truth. They became deaf, so they do not hear God's voice. And this continues to this day.” (Deuteronomy 29:4, Isaiah 29:10). |

May they stumble over a stone and receive what they deserve. |
| 10 उनकी आँखें अंधी हो जाएंगी और देखना बन्द कर देंगी। उनकी पीठ हमेशा के लिए झुक जायेगी।” | 10 May their eyes be blinded and never see. May their backs never straighten under the heavy burden” (Psalm 68:23-24). |
| 11 और मैं पूछूँगा, "क्या इस्राएल ने ठोकर खाई और वे कभी नहीं उठेंगे?" बिल्कुल, वे उठेंगे। इस्राएल ने परमेश्वर को छोड़ दिया, इसलिए अब परमेश्वर अन्यजाति लोगों को बचाता है। और यह इस्राएल को तड़प के साथ परमेश्वर को ढूँढने के लिए प्रेरित करेगा। | 11 And I will ask, “Has Israel stumbled so badly that they can no longer rise?” Of course not! Israel fell away from God, and that is why God is now saving people from other nations. But this will awaken jealousy in Israel and a desire to return to God. |
| 12 इस्राएल ने परमेश्वर को छोड़ दिया लेकिन इससे दुनियाँ में समृद्धि आई। इस्राएल ने परमेश्वर को खो दिया लेकिन इसने अन्यजातियों को समृद्ध किया। और जब इस्राएल मसीह को पाएगा तब पूरी आशीष आएगी। | 12 When Israel fell away from God, it brought blessing to the whole world and enriched other nations. How much more blessings will the whole world receive when Israel returns to God! |
| 13 मैं अन्यजाति लोगों का प्रेरित बन गया। और हे अन्यजाति लोगों, मैं आपको बताता हूँ कि मैं अपनी सेवा को बहुत महत्व देता हूँ। | 13 God gave me the apostolic ministry so that I could work among you, believers from different nations. And I greatly value my ministry. |
| 14 मैं यह चाहता हूँ कि अन्यजाति लोगों के लिए मेरी सेवा से मेरे अपने लोग तड़प के साथ परमेश्वर की खोज कर सकें। और कम से कम कुछ इस्राएली उद्धार प्राप्त करें। | 14 I hope that my work among other nations will encourage my own Jewish people to seek God again with all their hearts. Then at least some of them will be saved. |

But when Israel accepts Christ, it will be like new life from death for the world. |
| 16 जब पहली फ़सल आती है तब आप कुछ आटा गूंथते हैं और आप पहली रोटी परमेश्वर के लिए लाते हैं। उसके बाद परमेश्वर पूरे गूंथे हुए आटे को पवित्र करता है। परमेश्वर ने अब्राहम को पवित्र किया इसलिए उसके वंशज भी पवित्र हो गये। अगर जड़ पवित्र है तो डालियाँ भी पवित्र हैं। | 16 When the first harvest is ripe, you make dough and offer the first loaf to God. Then God sanctifies all the remaining dough. God sanctified our father Abraham, so his descendants are also sanctified. If the root is holy, the branches are also holy. |
| 17 लेकिन अब्राहम के कुछ वंशज जैतून के पेड़ की डालियों की तरह टूट गए। और आप अन्यजाति लोग हैं। आप जंगली जैतून का पेड़ हैं। और आप टूटी हुई डालियों की जगह पर लगाए गए। अब जड़ आपको पोषण देती है और बढ़ाती है। और आप वही आशीषें पाते हैं जो परमेश्वर ने अब्राहम और उसके वंशजों को देने का वादा किया था। | 17 But some of Abraham's descendants were broken off, like branches of an olive tree. And you, a person from another nation, God grafted in their place, like a wild branch. Now the root that nourishes the entire olive tree gives life to you as well. So you receive the same blessings that God promised to Abraham and his descendants. |

So I urge you to give your whole life to Him. Your bodies should not serve sin. Instead, fully give yourselves to God. Then He will gladly accept your life as a living and holy sacrifice. And you will understand the true meaning and purpose of your service to God. |

| 9 पूरे दिल से एक दूसरे से प्यार करें। बुराई लाने वाली हर चीज़ से नफ़रत करें और जो अच्छा है उसे करने का हर संभव प्रयास करें। | 9 Show sincere love for one another. Hate everything that brings evil and strive to do good. |
| 10 भाइयों की तरह एक दूसरे से प्यार करें। अपने चर्च में परिवार की तरह एक दूसरे के साथ मधुर संबंध बनाएं। एक दूसरे की बड़ाई करें और दूसरों के विचार का आदर करें। | 10 Love one another as brothers. Build warm, family-like relationships in the church. Appreciate and respect one another, even when you have different opinions and personalities. |
| 11 प्रभु के लिए अपनी सेवा को गंभीरता से लें। पवित्र आत्मा की आग में उसकी सेवा करें। | 11 Do not be lazy. Serve the Lord with full dedication and with the fire of the Holy Spirit. |

Instead, give your situation to God, and He Himself will pour out His wrath on your enemies. If he is thirsty, give him something to drink. Then he will feel such burning conviction of his conscience, as if somebody put burning coals on his head. |
| 21 बुराई को अपने ऊपर विजय न पाने दें। अगर आप अच्छाई से बुराई को जवाब देंगे तो आप बुराई पर विजय पा सकेंगे। | 21 Evil should not overcome you. If you respond to evil with good, you will defeat evil. |
अध्याय 13 | Chapter 13 |
| 1 परमेश्वर से बढ़कर कोई दूसरा अधिकारी नहीं। परमेश्वर लोगों को अधिकार देता है और शासन करने वाले अधिकारियों को नियुक्त करता है जो इस दुनियाँ में हैं। इसलिए हर व्यक्ति को सरकारी अधिकारियों की बात माननी चाहिए। | 1 Every person must submit to the governing authorities, because God created this system. Those who are now in power act within the order that God has established. |
| 2 जो व्यक्ति अधिकारियों के खिलाफ़ विद्रोह करता है वह उस व्यवस्था के खिलाफ़ विद्रोह करता है जो परमेश्वर ने नियुक्त की। और जो व्यक्ति बगावत में भाग लेता है उसे सजा मिलेगी। | 2 So if a person resists authority, he goes against God’s order. And the one who does this will bring punishment on himself. |
| 3 जो व्यक्ति अच्छे काम करता है उसे सरकारी अधिकारियों से सजा मिलने का कोई डर नहीं होता। और जो व्यक्ति बुरे काम करता है वह इस डर में जिएगा कि अधिकारी उसे सजा देंगे। तो सजा देने वाले अधिकारियों के डर के बिना कैसे जियें? अच्छे काम करें और अधिकारी आपको पसंद करेंगे। | 3 Authority is not a threat to those who do good, but only to those who do evil. Do you want to have no fear of authority? Do what is good, and you will receive its approval. |

But God’s servant does not carry his sword for no reason. He has the right to punish those who do evil. That is why such people will live in fear of punishment. |

| 6 अधिकारी लगातार अपने कर्तव्यों को पूरा करते हैं और इस तरह से वे परमेश्वर की सेवा करते हैं। इसलिए आपको अच्छी अंतरात्मा के अनुसार व्यवहार करना चाहिए और टैक्स देने चाहिए। | 6 You pay taxes because God has entrusted those in authority with the responsibility of maintaining order. And they are constantly busy fulfilling their duties. |

So stop doing what you did in the darkness. Live in the light, do what is good, and this will become your weapon against the darkness. |
| 13 हम दिन की रोशनी में जीते हैं। इसलिए जो सही है वही करें। अनैतिक तरीके से अपना जीवन न जियें और शराबी न बनें। गलत यौन संबंधों और चरित्रहीन कामों से कोई लेना-देना न रखें। झगड़ा न करें और एक दूसरे से ईर्ष्या न करें। | 13 We live in the light of day. So act the way God wants you to act. Do not live a wild life and do not get drunk. Do not engage in sexual immorality and sexual corruption. Do not quarrel or envy one another. |

Then you will act like our Lord Jesus Christ. And you will not think about how to satisfy your sinful desires. |
अध्याय 14 | Chapter 14 |
| 1 जिनका विश्वास कमज़ोर है उनके साथ संगति करें। और विवादित विषयों पर उनके साथ झगड़ा न करें। | 1 Maintain fellowship with people whose faith is weak. And do not argue with them over issues that cause disagreement. |

But another person, whose faith is still weak, doubts that God has made all food clean. He is afraid that he might accidentally eat meat offered to idols, so he eats only vegetables. |
| 3 अगर आप सब कुछ खाते हैं तो शाकाहारी को नीचा न देखें। और अगर आप शाकाहारी हैं तो हर चीज़ खाने वाले को दोष न दें। याद रखें कि परमेश्वर ने आप दोनों को अपनाया है। | 3 The one who eats everything should not look down on those who do not. And the one who refuses to eat certain foods should not judge those who eat everything. Remember that God has accepted each of you. |
| 4 क्या आप सोचते हैं कि आपके पास किसी और के गुलाम को दोषी ठहराने का अधिकार है? सिर्फ़ प्रभु ही फ़ैसला करता है कि उसका गुलाम सही या गलत है। और अगर उसका गुलाम गलत है तो परमेश्वर उसे सही कर सकता है। | 4 Do you think you have the right to judge someone who belongs to the Lord? Only the Lord decides whether His servant is right or wrong. And if His servant is wrong, God is able to correct him. |

But someone else thinks that all days are the same. Let each one act according to his own convictions. |

But others believe that there are no special days, so they dedicate every day equally to God. One person eats all kinds of food and thanks God for it. But someone else refuses to eat certain foods, yet he still thanks God for what he has. |
| 7 हम परमेश्वर के हैं इसलिए हम अपने लिए नहीं जीते। और हम में से कोई भी अपनी मौत के दिन को नहीं चुन सकता। | 7 None of us lives for himself. Our whole life, from beginning to end, is in the Lord’s hands. |
| 8 हम प्रभु की महिमा के लिए जीते हैं। और हमारी मौत के द्वारा भी उसकी महिमा होनी चाहिए। इस जीवन में हम परमेश्वर के हैं। और जब हम मरेंगे तब हम भी उसी के होंगे। | 8 While we live, we belong to the Lord. One day our life on earth will end, and even then we will still be with Him. So we always belong to the Lord. |
| 9 इसलिए मसीह मरा और फिर से जी उठा। अब वह जीवित और मरे हुए लोगों पर राज्य करता है। | 9 When Christ died and rose again, He showed that He has authority over life and death. That is why He is now Lord of those who are alive and of those whose life on earth has already ended. |
| 10 इसलिए आप अपने भाई का न्याय क्यों करते हैं? आप उससे घृणा क्यों करते हैं? याद रखें कि हम सभी मसीह के सामने खड़े होंगे और वह हमारा न्याय करेगा। | 10 Why then do you judge another believer? Why do you look down on him? Remember that one day we will all stand before Christ, and He will judge us. |

Everyone will bow down before Me on his knees. Everyone will glorify Me and acknowledge that I am God” (Isaiah 45:23). |

| 13 इसलिए एक दूसरे का न्याय करना बन्द करें। इसके बजाय, अपने आप को जाँचें। इस तरह से व्यवहार करें कि आप दूसरे विश्वासियों का अपमान न करें और उन्हें पाप के लिए न उकसाएं। | 13 So stop judging one another. Instead, pay attention to how you act. Behave in such a way that you do not lead other believers astray or push them toward anything that might weaken their faith. |
| 14 प्रभु यीशु के कारण मैं जानता हूँ और मुझे पूरा आत्मविश्वास है कि कोई भी भोजन किसी व्यक्ति को अशुद्ध नहीं कर सकता। लेकिन अगर कोई व्यक्ति विश्वास करता है कि कुछ भोजन उसे अशुद्ध बनाता है तो यह खाना उसके लिए अशुद्ध हो जाता है। | 14 Because of the Lord Jesus, I know and am fully convinced that no food can make a person unclean. But if someone believes that he should not eat a certain food, and still he eats it, then he goes against his conscience. Then he will feel that he has done wrong and defiled himself. |
| 15 अगर आपका भाई इस बात से परेशान है कि आप किस तरह का खाना खाते हैं तो इसका मतलब है कि आप उससे बिना प्यार के व्यवहार करते हैं। ऐसा काम न करें कि आपके खाने से आपके भाई का नाश हो जाए जिसके लिए मसीह मरा। | 15 If another believer gets upset because of what you eat, you are not acting in love toward him. Do not destroy the faith of your brother, for whom Christ died, because of your food. |
| 16 आप विश्वास करते हैं कि जो आप कर रहे हैं वह सही है। लेकिन आपका सही विश्वास इसका कारण नहीं बनना चाहिए कि लोग आपसे झगड़ा करें। | 16 You are confident that what you are doing is right. But your convictions should not become a cause for arguments or conflicts. |
| 17 हम परमेश्वर के राज्य में जीते हैं। इसलिए यह महत्वपूर्ण नहीं कि हम कौन सा खाना खाते हैं और क्या पीते हैं। लेकिन सचमुच में यह महत्वपूर्ण है कि हम धार्मिकता से काम करें, दूसरे लोगों के साथ शान्ति से रहें और पवित्र आत्मा में आनन्द करें। | 17 Neither food nor drink can show whether a person lives in God’s Kingdom. Instead, God’s Kingdom is manifested through righteousness, peace, and joy that the Holy Spirit gives. |
| 18 जो व्यक्ति इन कामों को करता है वह मसीह की सेवा करता है। ऐसा व्यक्ति परमेश्वर को खुशी देता है और लोगों के आदर का हकदार है। | 18 So the one who acts righteously, lives in peace with God and people, and is filled with the joy of the Holy Spirit serves Christ. Such a person brings joy to God and earns the respect of others. |
| 19 शान्ति से जीने और एक दूसरे के विश्वास को मज़बूत बनाने के लिए हर संभव प्रयास करें। | 19 So do everything you can to live in peace with everyone and strengthen one another’s faith. |
| 20 खाने के सवाल पर झगड़ा न करें, परमेश्वर के काम को नष्ट न करें। कोई भोजन किसी व्यक्ति को अशुद्ध नहीं बना सकता। लेकिन अगर आपका भाई इस बात से परेशान है कि आप किस तरह का खाना खाते हैं तो आप गलत हैं। | 20 Do not argue with one another over food, and do not destroy what God is doing in another person’s life. No food can make a person unclean. But if another believer gets upset because of what you eat, then you are acting wrongly. |
| 21 मांस न खाएं और शराब न पियें अगर यह आपके भाई को परेशान करता है या उसे पाप करने के लिए उकसाता है। इस तरह से काम न करें कि आपके काम किसी दूसरे व्यक्ति के विश्वास को कमज़ोर बना दें। | 21 It is better to give up meat, wine, or anything else if another believer gets upset, goes against his conscience, or if his faith becomes weaker. |
| 22 क्या आप विश्वास करते हैं कि आप सही हैं? इसे अपना व्यक्तिगत विश्वास बने रहने दें और इसे आपके और परमेश्वर के बीच में रहने दें। जिस व्यक्ति ने अपना चुनाव किया और दोषी महसूस नहीं करता वह आशीषित है। | 22 Do you believe that you are right? Let this be your personal conviction and let it remain between you and God. Blessed is the person who has made his choice and does not feel guilty. |
| 23 अगर आप कुछ खाते हैं और शक करते हैं कि क्या आप सही काम कर रहे हैं तो आप दोषी महसूस करेंगे। आप अपने विश्वास के खिलाफ़ जाते हैं। और इसका मतलब है कि आप पाप कर रहे हैं। | 23 But if you eat and doubt whether you are doing the right thing, you will feel guilty. In that case, you are acting against your faith. And that means you are sinning. |
अध्याय 15 | Chapter 15 |
| 1 हम मजबूत बन गए। इसलिए हमें धीरज से उन लोगों की कमज़ोरियों को सहना चाहिए जो हमसे कमज़ोर हैं। हमें सिर्फ़ अपने स्वार्थ की परवाह नहीं करनी चाहिए। | 1 We who are strong in faith should patiently support those who are weaker than us. We should not focus only on our own interests. |
| 2 हमें एक दूसरे की परवाह करनी चाहिए और भलाई करनी चाहिए। और तब हमारा विश्वास मजबूत हो जाएगा। | 2 Instead, each of us should care about others. We should act in a way that benefits others and strengthens their faith. |
| 3 मसीह ने अपने लिए जीवन नहीं जिया, मसीह परमेश्वर के लिए जिया। शास्त्र कहते हैं, “हे परमेश्वर, लोगों ने आपका अपमान किया और मैंने ये अपमान अपने ऊपर ले लिया।” | 3 Christ did not live for Himself, but for God. The Scripture says that He took upon Himself the insults that people spoke against God (Psalm 69:9). |

All Scripture teaches us patience and helps us not lose hope. |

| 6 एक जैसे नज़रिये रखें। और एकता में परमेश्वर और हमारे प्रभु यीशु मसीह के पिता की महिमा करें। | 6 Then all of you, in full unity, will glorify God, the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ. |
| 7 मसीह ने आपको अपनाया इसलिए आपको भी एक दूसरे को अपनाना है। और इससे परमेश्वर को महिमा होगी। | 7 Christ has accepted you. So accept one another, and in this way you will glorify God. |
| 8 मैं आपको बताता हूँ कि जो वादा परमेश्वर ने हमारे बाप दादों इब्राहीम, इसहाक और याकूब से किया था, उसे पूरा करने के लिए मसीह ने खतना किए हुए यहूदियों की सेवा की। और मसीह के द्वारा परमेश्वर ने यहूदी लोगों को अपनी सच्चाई दिखाई। | 8 I say this because Christ served the Jews. And through Him, God showed them that He fulfills what He promised to our fathers—Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob. |

And through Him, God showed them His mercy so that they would glorify Him. Scripture says, “Lord, I will praise You among the nations. I will sing praises to Your name” (Psalm 18:49). |
| 10 शास्त्र भी कहते हैं, “हे अन्यजातियों, परमेश्वर के लोगों के साथ आनन्द मनाओ।” | 10 Scripture also says, “Rejoice, all nations, together with His people” (Deuteronomy 32:43). |
| 11 हम शास्त्रों में भी पढ़ते हैं, “हे सभी अन्यजातियों, प्रभु की स्तुति करो। और हे सभी राष्ट्रों, परमेश्वर की महिमा करो।” | 11 It is also said in Scripture, “Praise the Lord, all nations. Glorify Him, all peoples” (Psalm 117:1). |
| 12 यशायाह भविष्यवक्ता भी कहता है, “एक वंशज दाऊद राजा के परिवार में से उठेगा। वह राष्ट्रों पर राज करेगा और अन्यजातियाँ उस पर आशा रखेंगी।” | 12 The prophet Isaiah also says, “A descendant from the family of King David will rise. He will rule over the nations, and all nations will put their hope in Him” (Isaiah 11:10). |
| 13 परमेश्वर आशा का सोता है। उस पर भरोसा करें और वह आपको सारे आनन्द और शान्ति से भर देगा। परमेश्वर आपको पवित्र आत्मा की शक्ति के द्वारा आशा से अमीर बनाएगा। | 13 God is the source of hope. Trust in Him, and He will fill you with great joy and peace. The Holy Spirit works in you with His power so that you will never lose this hope. |
| 14 हे भाइयों, मुझे यकीन है कि आप एक दूसरे के साथ दयालु हैं। आप बहुत सी बातें जानते हैं और आप एक दूसरे को सिखा सकते हैं। | 14 My brothers, I am confident that you are kind to one another. And you have all the knowledge you need to share it with one another. |
| 15 हे भाइयों, मैं आपको बहादुरी से लिखता हूँ क्योंकि मैं आपको उस उपहार के बारे में याद दिलाना चाहता हूँ जो मुझे परमेश्वर से मिला था। | 15 Brothers, I am writing to you quite directly to remind you of the gift I received through God's grace. |
| 16 परमेश्वर के अनुग्रह से मैं यीशु मसीह की सेवा करता हूँ जिसने मुझे अपना याजक बनाया। इसलिए मैं अन्यजाति लोगों के बीच में अच्छी खबर को फैलाता हूँ और पवित्र आत्मा उन्हें पवित्र करती है। याजक की तरह मैं अन्यजाति लोगों को परमेश्वर के पास लाता हूँ और मेरी सेवा उसे आनन्द देती है। | 16 I serve Jesus Christ among different nations and, as a priest, I bring them to God. I share the Good News with them, and the Holy Spirit makes these nations holy. And such ministry brings joy to God. |
| 17 मैं यीशु मसीह का हूँ। मैं परमेश्वर की सेवा करता हूँ और यह मुझे आनन्दित बनाता है। | 17 So I also rejoice in everything that Jesus Christ does through me as I serve God. |

When I preached to people from different nations, they believed what they heard and saw. So they turned to God in faith to live the way He wants. |
| 19 परमेश्वर ने मेरे द्वारा बहुत महान काम किया। पवित्र आत्मा की शक्ति ने चमत्कार किए और लोगों ने अलौकिक दर्शनों को देखा। जब मैं यरूशलेम से इल्लुरिकुम को गया तब रास्ते में मैंने मसीह के बारे में अच्छी खबर को फैलाया। | 19 God worked mightily through the power of His Spirit. He performed miracles, and people saw supernatural signs. As I traveled from Jerusalem to Illyricum, I spread the Good News of Christ everywhere. |

So my goal was to go where people had not yet heard the name of Christ. |
| 21 शास्त्र कहते हैं, “जो लोग उसके बारे में कुछ नहीं जानते थे, वे उसे देखेंगे। जिन लोगों ने उसके बारे में कभी नहीं सुना, वे उसके बारे में जानेंगे।” | 21 Scripture says, “Those who knew nothing about Him will see Him. Those who never heard about Him will learn about Him” (Isaiah 52:15). |

| 23 कई सालों से मैं आपसे मिलना चाहता था। और अब मैंने अपना काम पूरा कर लिया है जहाँ मैंने पहले प्रचार किया था। | 23 For many years I have wanted to visit you. Now I have finished my ministry in the places where I preached before. |
| 24 मैं अपनी स्पेन यात्रा की योजना बना रहा हूँ और रास्ते में मैं रोम में आपके स्थान पर रुकूँगा। मैं आशा करता हूँ कि मैं आप से मिलूँगा और आपके साथ अच्छा समय बिताऊँगा। उसके बाद मैं चाहता हूँ कि आप स्पेन जाने में मेरी मदद करें। | 24 I am planning a trip to Spain, and on the way I will stop in Rome. I hope to see you and spend some time with you. After that, I would like you to help me get to Spain. |

| 26 मकिदुनिया और अखया के विश्वासियों ने यरूशलेम में रहने वाले गरीब विश्वासियों के लिए भेंट इकट्ठा की है। | 26 The believers in Macedonia and Achaia have collected an offering to help the believers in Jerusalem who were in need. |
| 27 उन्होंने यहूदी लोगों को धन्यवाद देने के लिए आनन्द के साथ ऐसा किया। शुरुआत में यहूदी लोगों ने अन्यजाति लोगों के साथ अपनी आत्मिक आशीषों को बाँटा। और अब अन्यजाति लोगों को सांसारिक आशीषों के साथ यहूदी लोगों की सेवा करनी चाहिए। | 27 They did this gladly, because they are grateful to the Jewish people. The Jews first shared their spiritual blessings with other nations. And now these nations should serve the Jews with their material blessings. |
| 28 मैं इस काम को पूरा करूँगा और खुद उनकी भेंट यरूशलेम ले जाऊँगा। उसके बाद मैं स्पेन जाऊँगा और रोम में आपके स्थान पर रुकूँगा। | 28 I will complete this task and personally deliver their offering to Jerusalem. After that, I will go to Spain and stop by to see you in Rome. |
| 29 जब मैं आपके पास आऊँगा तब मैं आपके पास मसीह की अच्छी खबर लाऊँगा। और मुझे यकीन है कि परमेश्वर आपको बहुतायत से आशीष देगा। | 29 When I come to you, I will bring you the Good News about Christ. And I am confident that God will bless you abundantly. |
| 30 हे भाइयों, पवित्र आत्मा ने हमें अपने प्रेम से एक कर दिया। इसलिए हमारे प्रभु यीशु मसीह के नाम में मैं आपसे विनती करता हूँ कि मेरे लिए और मेरी चुनौती भरी सेवा के लिए लगातार प्रार्थना करते रहें। | 30 Brothers, the Holy Spirit has filled us with His love. So in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, I ask you to keep praying for me and for my challenging ministry. |
| 31 प्रार्थना करें कि परमेश्वर मुझे उन अविश्वासियों से छुड़ाए जो यहूदिया में रहते हैं। इसके बारे में भी प्रार्थना करें कि परमेश्वर के पवित्र लोग यरूशलेम में मेरी सेवा को अच्छी तरह से स्वीकार करें। | 31 Pray that God would deliver me from the unbelievers who live in Judea. Pray also that God’s holy people in Jerusalem would receive my ministry well. |
| 32 और अगर परमेश्वर की इच्छा होगी तो उसके बाद मैं आनन्द से आपके साथ जाऊँगा और आपके स्थान पर कुछ आराम करूँगा। | 32 And if it is God’s will, after that I will gladly come to you and find rest with you. |
| 33 परमेश्वर आपको शान्ति दे। और परमेश्वर हमेशा आपके साथ रहे। आमीन। | 33 May God always be with you, and may His peace fill your hearts. Amen. |

And I ask you to welcome her in a worthy way, as a woman who has devoted her life to the Lord. She has helped me and many others. So now you also help her and provide her with everything she needs. |
